There’s no need to be nervous – we’re here for you every step of the way. When you arrive, you can park in our secure fenced parking lot. Inside the dispensary, there are separate areas for medical patients and recreational customers (adults 21+) to place and receive their orders.

Absolutely. We abide by all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements for patient confidentiality.
A designated caregiver or authorized purchaser can buy medicine for a registered patient. In fact, many patients find this a convenient way to get their medicine, especially when they are not able to come to the center.
Recreational customers are not allowed to make purchases for anyone other than themselves.

The State of Rhode Island also allows each registered Medical Marijuana Patient to designate one Caregiver and one Authorized Purchaser. You must complete an application for either/both within the Instructions and Application for Initial Registration as a Medical Marijuana Patient* on the Rhode Island Department of Health website.
*NOTE: You don’t need to designate a caregiver or authorized purchaser when you initially apply, you can add them at any time.
Under state law, medical patients can receive no more than 2.5 ounces (70 grams) of usable cannabis or its equivalent to a qualifying patient or his/her caregiver or authorized purchaser during a 15-day period.
Recreational customers (adults 21+) are limited to one ounce per purchase.
